Customer Support

  • I had an issue with the plugin and the Huge-It team was quick to respond to my email. The issue was bigger than we thought but they never gave up on me and my poor computing skills. They guided me step by step on what I needed to do and were very kind whilst doing so. I gave them full access to my site and they only fixed things and did no harm. I have complete trust and faith in them. Each email was also kindly addressed and I could not have asked for better customer service.
    Thank you and the team for helping me with this bizarre problem.
