• Hi,

It seems that the Customer Role Restriction has been changed since the last update. This seems to impact backend orders created by admin. I have a backend role called Shop Manager and i set the coupon to be role restricted to Shop Manager. Previously this allowed the Shop Manager to apply coupon to orders created by them.

The behaviour now it seems the coupon is restricted against the customer on the order. The customer on the order has the role of ‘Customer’. Now when the Shop Manager tries to apply the coupon, we get the error ‘It seems the coupon ‘XXX’ is not yours’. For me to get the coupon to work I have to add the ‘Customer’ role into the allowed Roles.

Is it possible to make this behave as previously?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The previous behaviour was not as intented. So this is not possible without customization.
