    Hi

    We are evaluating the plugin. One question we had is once we enable the Automatic Follow Up Emails – will the plugin then go back through our order history and email everyone that exists in our database? We don’t want this to happen and would only want customers to receive an email follow up 7 days after the Order Complete status is activated, but starting from the date of plugin installation/activation.

    Otherwise we will end up spamming many people!

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    We don’t want this to happen and would only want customers to receive an email follow up 7 days after the Order Complete status is activated, but starting from the date of plugin installation/activation.

    It will work for new orders only. For old orders on your site before activating our plugin, you can send the review reminders manually.
    How to Manually Send Review Reminders?
