    I see the customer should have a button close to the “View” button in their parchased product page to request for a refund.
    Well, this button is missing, why?

    The refund functionality is unavailable in the free version of Dokan. Although, we are not allowed to discuss anything related to commercial products here in this forum. To know more, you can take a look at the Forum Guidelines.

    However, you can contact the Dokan team through their official Support Channel for further discussion.

    that’s strange because I have the abolity to set for a refund but I cant see the button as shown in the video in your official website
    so should I set something in Woocommerce or Dokan settings?

    As I have mentioned earlier, according to the Forum Guidelines we are not allowed to discuss anything related to commercial products here in this forum.

    As @tanvirh mentioned, the Refund is a premium of the Dokan plugin, and as per the www.remarpro.com guidelines, commercial products are not supported here.
