Customer references contact manager plugin

Does anyone have a recommendation for a plugin that will manage contact-like information (City, Address, Notes) in a table format on a page in WordPress?

I have a client who wants to populate an ever-growing list of references he can point potential customers to in order to see the quality of work he does on peoples’ home exteriors. Right now it’s just a static list he maintains by hand on an HTML page. To shorten the number of individual references displayed on a page, I’d like to make it into a paged dataset. That implies that the data itself comes from a database populated via a plugin’s admin screen.

Some kind of plugin-based contact manager would work, but I can’t seem to find one that is stable or current enough to do the job or that has the features for this use case.

I’d rather not build such functionality from scratch, if I can avoid it, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
