• After updating to 1.16.1 we enabled HTML emails which look great but have found two issues;

    1) Customer now receives two emails with same content
    2) The Billing/Shipping information is displaying in different font to body of email

    Any ideas of what we can check to fix?

    1. Check under Jigoshop > Emails and be sure you don’t have duplicates there.
    2. Open these templates and check the formatting.

    That fixed it, must have generated two sets on default emails.
