I understand that the My Account > Orders page of your site is not working properly.

On my personal site, this is how it looks like:

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I am using a plain hello elementor theme which i use accross all of my websites and never had an issue like this before.

Since the theme conflict is ruled out, after testing with Storefront active, can you please perform a plugin conflict test on your site and let us know of your findings?

Here are some steps you can follow:

• Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
• Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
• Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

Sorry to hear that the issue persists.

May I ask can you update WooCommerce to the latest version (under wp-admin > plugins) as well as the WooCommerce database (under WooCommerce > status > tools > update database) to see if that helps to solve the issue?

You can use the WP Staging?plugin to create a staging site to perform these updates, so that you will not have to touch/affect the live site.

Does that make a difference?

Does the site is using any custom code, or any CSS code? You can temporarily disable the custom code and check again to see if this is affecting the normal behavior when showing the orders.

I noticed there is a cache plugin installed. Please clear your site cache. Please note that, hosting servers provide caching services as well; be sure that cache has been cleared as well.

I cleared the cache and the minify cache, then cleared the hosting cache and mechcache. Then logged in via incognito mode, still not showing up on the customer side.
