Customer order without payment

    Hi

    When a customer places and order can it ever happen that an order goes through and shows as paid, even when the payment was unsuccessful?

    Hey there!

    That’s completely down to your payment gateway. If you’re using one of the standard gateways like Stripe or PayPal, then I’ve never seen it happen. I’d recommend checking the developer of the gateway in question and reaching out to them for follow up.
