customer order thru website but no order at printful

    i see where a customer ordered and paid , but i can’t see the order in printiful platform

    We’re glad to hear that it showed up!
    In case you see a delay in the future, you can speed up the order sync by going to your Printful Dashboard > Stores > View store > Refresh data (upper right).
