Customer notifications for upcoming payments

    Hello there,

    I see this in the release notes for 3.2: “FEATURE: Users will now receive a notification email when they have an upcoming subscription payment. #3109 (@dparker1005)”.

    Can that new feature be disabled. I rather not have upcoming payment notifications for users.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    This feature can be turned off by navigating to Memberships > Settings > Email Templates and selecting the Recurring Payment Reminder template. Edit this template and click on the Disable this email? checkbox before saving the template to turn this feature off.
