Customer note not visible in email

  • Hi,
    I’m having trouble with customer note email. The email is sent on the right trigger in wp dashboard but when I receive an email the customer note is blank.

    I am using Customer note component, I also tried with customer_note shortcode but both don’t work.

    I have a premium plugin and it’s updated to the latest version.

  • Hi,

    The Order note email will be customized on the Customer note type. This order note email will appear only when the admin writes notes to the customer.

    If you notice that WooCommerce by default has its Customer note (In WooCommerce > settings > Emails) and the order note shortcode merely does not work on WooCommerce Orders Emails by default.
