    Hi, the WordPress admin email on my website in Settings > General is set to the correct address. The email in Woocommerce > Settings > Emails > Email Sender Options is set to the correct address. I’ve checked every Email Notification in Woocommerce, and they are sending to the correct address. However, when a note is added to an order, it says that it is FROM a different address (the old WordPress admin email, before I changed it). So when the customer replies to the “A note has been added to your order” email, it is going to this old (wrong) From address. I can’t find any other area to update the email, and see no reason why the “A note has been added to your order” email is listed as FROM this old address. Is there anything I can do to update the email?

  • Hmm, it is odd that it’s just this one email… Is it possible that you have some custom code that’s overriding what should be the From email?

    This kind of problem might also be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
