• Hi, I might be missing it completely, but from my orders dashboard, I want to send a customer note email and it is not giving me the option to. I use it for shipping advice, which would be a great addition to be able to add a custom field Shipping Agent and Tracking number and make it available in the template?

    I cant link the page as it is in the admin section, but I have uploaded a screenshot of what I am talking about. I hope this helps. I am assuming that it has not sent out automatically when note has been added as there is no entry in the log.

    Sorry, I’m not sure I fully understand what you’re wanting. At what point will customers receive this note? And how are you adding it to the customizer?

    I was hoping to send upon selection of send customer not to customer, but there is no option on my wordpress for this. It only allows the New, Cancelled, Processing, Completed Customer invoice/Order Details.

    I have personalised the customer note email, but where do you send it from? Does it ever get sent?

    Have you added a customer note to the order? This can be done from WooCommerce > Orders. Open a specific order and on the right side you should see Order Notes. Is this what you’re after?
