Customer not loading.

  • Not all of the users are loading through the POS. Some are but many are not and this is quite inconvenient having to go in after the fact on the backend and adding the user to the orders especially when we have 100+ orders a day. Furthermore, its hard to tell if the customer is or is not actually in the system.

    Hi, can you please go to the Customer page and scroll to the bottom of the list. Once you reach the bottom of the list, check the number of customers to see if you have access to the complete list.

    I have 1220 customers and its only showing 115 in the customer tab in the POS
