I understand that the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway is utilized as a payment gateway for the site at https://vital-generation.de/ and customers are facing the issue of having to try repeatedly for making a payment with it.

While browsing the site at https://vital-generation.de/, I’m afraid the Zum Shop button was not leading to the shop page.

In order to investigate further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Customer needs several atempts to send payment data through your plugin

Thanks for reaching with further information on this.

I am trying with a few test purchases, to verify how things are progressing regarding the site at https://www.vital-generation.de/kasse/ and, so far, I was able to submit a test order for the “30 Tage Nervensystem RESET eBOOK/PDF”, while at the checkout page I am seeing the following payment gateways active:
* WooCommerce PayPal Payments: von WooCommerce – 2.0.0
* WooCommerce Stripe-Gateway: von WooCommerce – 7.0.1
* A “Pay upon invoice” gateway, from Ratepay -from what I gather

While checking each one of the various payment gateway options, I am afraid I could not find any unexpected functionality with regard to the WooCommerce Stripe payment gateway. After selecting one of the giropay, sofort or card payment options that it enables, I was able to cancel the payment later on and return to the checkout page without issues.

One other thing I noticed in the site’s System Status Report is the very high number of failed scheduled actions Failed: 22.583 and that the WP Crontrol: von John Blackbourn & crontributors – 1.14.0 plugin is in the inactive list.

Furthermore, I was not able to encounter or reproduce any issues, while testing on a test installation of mine, with the Storefront theme & WooCommerce plugin active at its core; and only the WooCommerce Stripe payment gateway active.

Can you please perform a conflict test on your site and let us know of your findings?

Here are some steps you can follow:

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:

1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem: Check whether you still encounter the issue!

If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.

3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & Stripe. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
