We are using WooCommerce Square for payment gateway. The customer name used to carry over into Square. Now, the name is not being shown anywhere in our Square account, which makes it difficult to reconcile transactions. Nothing has changed, that we know of, other than plugin updates. It stopped working some time between May, 2020 and now. Thank you

    Hey there!

Can you tell me a bit more about what you are expecting to see?

Square would not import customers from WooCommerce to customers in Square, so if you were expecting that, it would not do that.

Hi Aw, thanks for the reply. I’m looking for the customer names in the Square transaction report. I get it by logging into Square dashboard and clicking “transactions”, then I export the transaction report. The “Customer Name” and “Customer ID” columns used to populate, but now they are blank.

    Hi there!

I could see similar behavior on my own test account when I export the transactions from my Square account.

I’m reaching out to our developers to see if they can shed some light on this.
