    Hello

If a customer doesn’t choose at least one gift wrap option, their message does not get saved. Is there a way to make one option required or maybe better would be to have one option pre-selected. Many thanks, great plugin.

  • Hi @gordonlangley

That’s a good point. I think I addressed that with the paid version, but might have forgotten with the free. Things are a little sideways at the moment, but I’ll take a look ASAP. If it’s a big rush, feel free to have any PHP developer take a look at it for a quick fix. https://jobs.wordpress.net/ Thank you for understanding.

Hey thanks for your swift reply – I appreciate it. If you could let me know when it’s sorted on the free version that would be great! Or if it’s going to be a while maybe how long you think that might be?

Honestly right now I’m having to prioritize paid work as I’m the only breadwinner here and things are scary. I put it on my to-do list, and will do my best, but please keep in mind this plugin is offered free to the community. I’ve ever made $5 off it — no joke — so I cannot take it very seriously right now. I will not be able to send you a PM when it is ready. You’ll just need to update the plugin when the update comes available.

Ok – I totally understand, we’re not quite ready for the PRO version yet. I’ll keep an eye out for the update, thank you – stay safe – stay sane!

    Hello @gordonlangley
I released version 4.1.2 which should address this issue. A radio is selected by default now, ensuring a $_POST value. Thanks for the heads up & take care!

Hello @littlepackage – that’s amazing thank you so much! Works a treat! I’ve asked my client to sent you a bit of pocket money.

@gordonlangley Thank you, they did come through with that, and the sentiment is hugely appreciated. I donated it to my local food bank at imaca.net and provided them API access for the year for the pro version. They should have gotten an email with verification. Take care!
