    This may be a very stupid/obvious question, but I’m wondering where the ‘advanced features’ customer message box appears. Using a pay now button in sandbox mode I don’t see the message box at any point in the transaction. Is it something that I need to be adding manually myself?

    Very sorry for the delay in response, usually we are the quickest in reply to our customers. That test box shows on the shopping cart page of the button: Please see this https://prntscr.com/kfumuz. Ans if you are not seeing that then delete the button or generate a new button and setup that option when you are creating the button then give it another shot.
