customer login problem

    Customers can not log in to register their business on my website . Customers are shown the same login page again after their e-mail address and password are entered on the login page.Registration is done only from admin’s mail account, only at the time when the website’s dashboard is open. So I am not getting new business registration entry from people who wants to register their own business on my website.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure I understand the problem. If you want users to register, you must enable registration via WordPress Settings >> General >> Anyone can register.

    If you want to register users as admin only from the dashboard and provide credentials to your users to login, make sure to provide the correct username and password.

    I am waiting for reply please I have also same problem the supreme theme not generating password at the timeand after asking for password which is not created theme should create a password on the spot so customer can login easily not like that customer will receive email then he will generate a password it’s long process customer will lose interest

    And for registration column should open only registration options not login which is confusing the customer i am waiting for your reply thanks

    I am struggling to follow what your problem is?
    Maybe you can explain the problem more?

    If you are using GD you can let the user set their own pasword
    GD>General>Allow user to choose own password.
