Customer login page – Cannot Register (greyed out), but can Log In if registered

Hi

I have CUSTOMER LOGIN PAGE which has LOGIN and REGISTRATION on the one page ..

[woocommerce_my_account] (to REGISTER) AND LOGIN

BUT the REGISTER button is greyed out slightly so you CANNOT type anything in the email or password section.

WHY would that be please? It’s been happening for a while and NOT sure why.

I have UNTICKED Anyone can Register in the Woocommerce settings, would that be why?

I was told that we should have this UNTICKED, to avoid potential dodgy people registering onto the site. An account is automatically created when people purchase through the ecommerce system.

What is your opinion about this? My client site had issues being compromised so we UNTICKED the Anyone Can Register. Is that what is causing the issue in the Login/Registration Page using this code ?
