Customer login not working – WooCommerce

    I am currently assigned to an issue where customers can’t log in to their accounts after registering, even though their password is correct. The login page is using woocommerce short code [woocommerce_my_account]. Whenever I try to log in using a customer profile it says “invalid login details”, even when the credentials are 100% correct. However, as an administrator, I can log in.
    I’ve reset the password countless times and nothing works.

    I understand that you’re unable to log in to a customer account on your site and receives an invalid login details instead.

    Before we can proceed with further troubleshooting steps, I’d first like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
