Customer levels cannot edit their profile page

  • Hello Users at customer level or any below admin level cannot edit their profile page. https://corelearningcollective.org/my-profile/ is the url Screenshot https://imgur.com/a/VFxXhYI shows an arrow of the link we try to click and it just reloads the page because it’s linking to wp-admin level page.

    Woocommerce and Learndash are plugins being used on this site and say the Read level is being blocked because of a profile page redirect to my account?

    Please let me know if you need more from me for troubleshooting.

  • You can add the WooCommerce short code [woocommerce_my_account] to your account page. However, this then changes the parameters for your password (12 characters – and very particular) and also, in my experience, no option to change the avatar. I am actually trying to find a way to change this because the password change is way too pernickety and off putting for users. LearnDash seem not to know where their own ‘Edit profile’ page links to when WooCommerce is deactivated!
