The Customer Last Active Date is shown in m/d/Y format but I need it to be in any other standard format – eg d/m/Y – as the format will be very confusing to my (non-American) client. Currently, it shows a customer who was active on 11th March as having been active on 3 November (which is in the future, as it’s currently May). I can’t find any way of changing the format – can anyone help, please?

    Hello there,
If you are talking about the Last Active date in WooCommerce > Customers, that date uses the format set for dates in Settings > General.

Make sure to change that in order to change the format also for the customers’ Last Active date.

Thanks for your very quick response! I had the date format set to custom (l j F Y) but it was being ignored. I changed it to d/m/Y – still ignored. However, I then noticed a plugin update for WooCommerce (to v 4.1.0 – from whatever the previous released version was as I keep up to date) and it now works for either of my client’s accepted formats. Thanks!
