Those are Sendinblue features.
Automation is useful to automate some actions such as sending some mails. You can add a trigger and an action in an Automation workflow.
For example :
If a contact has visited the French version of your website, then we add them in the french list.
The tracker will allow Sendinblue to collect emails addresses of people who visited your website. It will help in the process of entering in the Automation workflow.
