    I am trying to use the utility where you change a customer’s group when they purchase a product. And it is not changing automatically.

    For instance if someone buys the “Ohio Consulation Fee” product, they should be changed from a registered (group) to ohio paid.

    The stay in the registered group for some reason.

    Can anyone help?

    It seems that you are asking about the Groups WooCommerce integration, this forum is for the free Groups plugin and you should rather post questions about premium plugins on the appropriate support channel, which would be WooThemes Support where you can Submit a Ticket if needed.

    Regarding your question, it seems that you have found the solution for your case which is to change the order status setting to “processing” under WooCommerce > Groups, thanks for posting your reply.
