• The Woocommerce Clover Plugin still has issues (even after they were reported more than a year ago). This does not affect the overall functionality of the plugin. It does process authorizations and payments for credit cards. It also includes the ticket number associated with the payment. However, it does NOT include the customer name so it’s hard to find it when you are looking for info are seeking to make a refund. Since the PayEezy system worked with the full customer name, I’m certain this is a simple oversight and should be fixed. However, it’s been over a year since this was originally reported to them. Here’s hoping they will get it in gear and fix it since they are forcing all users off the Payeezy system and onto the Clover platform.
