Customer information missing

As a test, I have ordered my free product three times using three different emails and names (mine, my husband, and my friend).
But when I go to Payment History, it shows the email, but in the customer field, it just says (customer missing). All three times, I entered in first and last names. Is there a reason why I can’t see the customer name?
