I have Property Hive installed on this website and purchased a licence key and the Property Import addon.

My client’s CRM is with Reapit. We are looking to use Reapit’s Foundations API to import properties.

However, my client (Chas R Lowe) is part of a group of around 100 UK Estate Agents called ‘TEAM’ for Reapit.

Reapit have provided two 3 alpha character codes.

    • A code Reapit refers to as a ‘Database code’ (3 alpha characters). Should this go in the Customer ID field?
    • a code Reapit refers to as an ‘Office code’ (also 3 alpha characters). Should this go in the Branch Information field (next to the company name)?

The representative at Reapit main concern is whether this will pull all the data from all Reapit based estate agents who are part of Team, thus opening up to security issues.

    Can you advise?

    Regards

Answered via email. For the purpose of the thread it is possible to filter by office ID with a custom snippet using the ‘propertyhive_reapit_foundations_json_properties_url_parameters’ filter
