Customer header with Call to action buttons

Hello,

i’m working on wordpress on my desktop/local machine. I’m new to wordpress and also Elementor page builder. I dont see how, in a couple of your theme examples for switty, you added call to action buttons on the header. Someone i asked on Facebook said maybe i need to build a custom section in elementor (but i dont see how i can add the buttons in the header image). Can you please explain to me what I need to do to accomplish this.
