Customer Groups in Bigcommerce and Customer Passwords

  • Hi, I used your plugin and service previously, I think from Shopify to Woocommerce, and was really happy with results. I want to try your service again for Bigcommerce to Woo, but currently we have customer groups (tiered pricing for wholesale customers), and Woocommerce does not support this feature natively. So will I lose all data associated with these customer groups (pricing, view privileges, etc?), or is it possible to install woocommerce tired pricing plugin first and then import the data? (I know that’s unlikely).
    Secondly, last time you were able to carry over customers accounts with their passwords in tact. Is bigcommerce to woocommerce the same, or will customers need to set a new password in order to login?
