Customer File Upload Plugin Not Working

    We want our customers to upload a sound file when a purchase is made. We want that button to appear on the final cart page as payment is being made.

    We’ve activated plugin, setup a rule and still do not see file upload – any advice?

    Had anyone had a trouble with this plugin. We paid for the pro version and not sure why this is not showing.

    Hi,

    If I am understanding correctly, it sounds like you would like to provide your customers a music sample before the purchase, please correct me if this is not your goal.

    I am not familiar with this plugin, but this option might help you out:
