Customer Export Not Working

    I have tried quick and advance export options, dating back 6 years but the exported spreadsheet is blank. How can we fix this? Please advise. Thanks for your help!

    Hi @quietthunderdesigns,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If you have filtered the users based on the “customer” role, then only the users who have registered on your site as a customer will be exported. However, if the users have made purchases without registering on the site, they will be stored as guest users and the export file will be blank.

    Please try exporting after enabling the “Export guest users” option and check if the customers are exported.
