Customer emails and downloadable products not working

    Hi, I am receiving an admin email when I get a new customer order, but the customer is not receiving any confirmation emails…
    Also I am working with downloadable products. I need the downloadable product to be emailed to the customer immediately after purchase, how can I set this?

    I hope someone can help me, this has been driving me crazy for weeks!
