Customer email not showing on thank you page only on mobile devices

  • I’ve developed an order protal based on the Woocommerce platform.

    When an order is submitted on a desktop and the page redirects to the thankyou page the users order number, date of purchase, email and order total are shown at the top of the page.

    However when an order is submitted on a mobile device, the same information shows apart from the customer email address.

    I’ve removed all my customisation to test if it’s something I have done, but the problem remains.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hey @g9013507,

    Since it’s only happening on mobile devices, I would suspect some CSS hiding it on smaller screen sizes. I just ran a test on my development site using the Storefront theme and the email address did appear there on mobile. Have you tested this with either the Twenty Twenty or Storefront themes?

    If not, I would run a quick test with one of those themes and see how it goes.

    Thanks for your response.
    I have tried this using an inspection console on my laptop set at a mobile screen size and the email shows.
    It only doesn’t show when I actually try the form on a mobile device.

    I’ll take a look and see what I can find for mobile settings.
