Customer Email not being sent

  • I’ve tried the steps that were provided. No success, is there any other options to get this fixed?

    The Test email works fine, but the actually customer email after purchase isn’t being sent.

    I have:
    1) Checked spam email
    2) Installed PHP Latest version.7.0
    3) Verified CURL is Enabled
