Customer don’t get the activation email

    Hello Dear and thanks for this wonderful plugin,
    I install it on WP 5.5.3 and activated it, and edit the role “customer” and “author” to ask for email activation, but no success, the account is created without any activation.

    Please try installing an SMTP Mail plugin to fix the email relay issue.

    Hello Dear @champsupertramp,
    Thank for your reply,
    The website is already sending all kind of mails without any problem, when a create an account now i get the mail ‘Account created’ but not the activation mail.

    Hi,

    I suggest setting up an SMTP to your site as there might be an issue sending the activation mail.
