    All right,

    Test e-mails are send properly.
    When I receive an order, the admin account receives an e-mail with the order details.
    I set full force.

    Customers are not receiving e-mails.

    How come?

  • Hi @highrollernl,

    If the test emails are delivered successfully, SMTP is all set on your site. Please check if the emails sent to the customers are not turned off, log emails using email logging plugins, or possibly contact your host, they will be able to look into the logs and see what happened to the emails after it is sent, if it is rejected by SMTP host or something prevented it to reach the recipient.
