Customer doesn’t get any activation email

Hi,
i installed your plugin and i set up the registration form, the default role is Customer, and in Roles i set Email verification with redirect to profile page and login on activation, and in Appearance > Registration form i set Registration Default Role as Customer. When i do a test the page reload and the text You are already registered appears. The account is not activated but i dont get any email. All the other email are sent like Cancellation email or changed password email, they arrive. Activation email doesnt arrive and it is enabled, i followed all your guides online. I dont know what to do. Can you help me with that? there is any log file i can check to fix it?
