    I have a new customer but everytime the sepa incasso fails because it does not have a valid mandate? The customer did pay with ideal.
    It did check the log and is says the billingaddress etc are missing. I never did have this problem. When is check the customer all the billing details are there?

    I emailed you. I tested it with my own account and got the same problem. I checked other subscriptions and those work but also have no billing adress

    Yes same issue since a week now

    Could it be the hour time shift last week? Or a change in mollie payments service?

    Hi guys

    I’ve already found the cause of the issue and fixed it in 5.0.3 (released last week). So it shouldn’t happen for subscriptions created after 5.0.3 was installed.

    I am now researching if I can automatically correct the issue for older subscriptions with the same situation.

    Hi David,

    I am currently using version 5.0.6.
    But I got the same issue (The customer does not have a valid mandate).
    First Ideal payment(s) were made on Oct 24th ’18.
    Last retry to receive payment was on Nov 26th.

    Is there a solution to fix this?

    I am also using version 5.0.6. I have the same issue. Any updates?
    The order was created Oct 27th. Recurring payment was tried to be done today.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for the new version.

    I had 2 customers where the payment could not be renewed (Mandate error)
    One of these customers had already manually renewed the payment using ideal, for the other customer I have reinitialized the SEPA debt collection. This payment has currently the pending state (in Woocommerce and in Mollie dashboard).

    What I notice is that with the previous tries I got the message ‘Could not create iDEAL renewal payment’, now I got ‘SEPA Direct Debit payment started’…

    Hello David,

    My problem resolved itself when WordPress re-tried the payment. So for me the problem is gone. I Will keep an eye on the next auto payment to see If thing go wrong again.

    @patrickbcm That is the correct message, so I think it should go correctly now. SEPA payments can take a few working days before they are confirmed.

    I have the same problem again. I have not tried te new version yet. Will do and let you know if it happends again. Looks like the retry works but initial try does not.

    Hello @goizz,

    For me the first AND retry failed with the original 5.0.6.
    The new version (has also version 5.0.6) works for me.
    I received the SEPA direct debit payment this morning (initiated Nov 28th).
