I set up this new site with Woo Commerce shopping cart and checkout. It worked fine until I did some test dummy transactions since when the most recent always remains in the relevant boxes and nothing I have done seems to get rid of it. Originally the cart and checkout displayed as they should and data disappeared when an order was cancelled. Hope someone can help as it has consumed a great deal of my time trying to solve when everything was working fine before.

    Thanks

Further to my message, you may get a ‘Oops…’ message. The problem can also be seen on the cart page at https://www.electramedia.com.au/cart-2/ in the ‘Shipping to’ line lower down the page. You should also be able to get to the Checkout page through the ‘Go to checkout’ link on this page.

    Thanks

    Hi @electrashop

Further to my message, you may get a ‘Oops…’ message. The problem can also be seen on the cart page at https://www.electramedia.com.au/cart-2/ in the ‘Shipping to’ line lower down the page. You should also be able to get to the Checkout page through the ‘Go to checkout’ link on this page.

It looks like you’ve accidentally deleted your checkout page. Don’t worry; you can quickly fix this issue.

To do so, go to Pages > All Pages and see if there’s a page named “Checkout”. If there isn’t one, click on the trash icon and see if it’s there. If it is, restore it.

If you can’t find it, there’s another simple solution. Just create a new page and name it “Checkout”. Then, insert the “Classic checkout block” or the checkout shortcode.

    [woocommerce_checkout]

Afterward, head over to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced Settings > Checkout page and set your newly created page as the checkout page.

Finally, clear your browser cache and do a test purchase to check if everything’s working fine.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
