    The system status report for WooCommerce can be located at WooCommerce > Status.

    After cross testing for you using WooCommerce v3.2.1, I can also confirm that the customer details are displaying and below is a screenshot of that testing.

    This indicates that something on your site is possibly preventing these details from displaying. Have you tested on your site to check that it’s not some code within your theme or an activated plugin which is preventing these from displaying for you?

    Sorry for the late reply and from our cross testing which was carried out by myself and Rynald0s there is no error within WooCommerce to report in Git as what you describe is isolated to only your install and not directly related to WooCommerce on this occasion where all other installs are displaying these details.
