• Problem: neither customer phone or email address or notes are being included in the “new order” email notifications. Have disabled a few woocommerce related plugins to check for any possible conflicts but have not found any issues. Everything is updated and current.

    I saw this topic come up last year when 3.2.0 came out and apparently the roll out of 3.2.1 fixed the bugs but I am now having the same issues on 4.9.8. Can anyone offer any assistance (am novice btw)?

    Really frustrating as it is really important information that i don’t want to have to go back into the system to find.
