    There are times when customers on our website use Paypal to purchase, but the order details for the purchase do not show up on the Paypal receipt.

    WooCommerce sends the order subtotal, customer information, and shipping address to PayPal. To add order details you need customization which is outside our scope of support. If you are unfamiliar with code/templates and resolving potential conflicts, select a WooExpert or Developer for assistance. We are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy.

    Support for PayPal Checkout has been discontinued from 1 Mar 2022 and updates to the plugin have stopped as of 1 Sept 2021. We strongly recommend upgrading to PayPal Payments for the best experience and future feature upgrades.
