Hello, I have installed your plugin and I don’t know why in the customer billing data it doesn’t load all the customer data, it doesn’t show the customer’s email address or telephone number in the email. Is there any shortcode to be able to paint all these data? Since they are necessary to have them in the email.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Customer email and phone number should be showing by default.

There are built-in placeholders you can use to insert it manually. But it is only for email and not phone number though. You can use the placeholder {customer_email} on the Body Text or Additional Content section: https://nimb.ws/fRcj8yE

As you can see on my test website, the customer email and phone number are showing just fine: https://nimb.ws/SnY5IWh

Have you checked with your other plugins? A 3rd party plugin might have caused a conflict with the template settings.

    1. Rule out the possibility of a plugin causing this. Disable your plugins one by one and check if the error disappears after each deactivation. This will help you identify if a specific plugin is causing it: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/
    2. Switch to a different theme like the Twenty Twenty Four theme. If issue disappears, then this might be a theme specific issue.

Let us know how we could help you further.

    Kind Regards,

Hello, yes I know that these fields are by default by Woocommerce and in other online shops of my clients it is shown without problem, but I don’t know why not in this one. Yes it is true that for this shop I have added an extra field, perhaps by adding that field by the space occupied by the content high it is possible that certain fields stop showing it, this may be?

    Hi there,

That could be a possibility. Have you confirmed if having extra fields is the cause? Also if the issue persists, please go through the plugin conflict check and theme check.

Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Hi there,

Also, what plugin are you using for adding the extra fields?

For instance, our Kadence Shop Kit plugin has the option to add extra checkout fields and also option to show them for emails. See this: https://imghostr.com/ea6bac_7fw

If the plugin you are using have a similar option, then you might just have to turn that ON to have that show on the emails.

Let us know how we could help you further.

Ok thank you. It’s another custom fields plugin, but now it seems to paint correctly.

    Thanks for your help.
