    Is there a way to customize the Woocommerce customer account page similar to this?

    1. Customers create an account, whether they’ve purchased anything or not
    2. When the login, they are taken to a dashboard that will look like that
    3. Would the easiest thing to do is create icons and embed the URLs?

    Yes, that can be definitely achieved with some work and using plugins or PHP scripts. Some of the best plugins to customize the “My Account” page are:

    If you have coding skills, you can code your own solution and customize it as much as you want. You can edit the My Account page either by overriding WooCommerce template files or using WooCommerce hooks. If you need help with coding you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via this link: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Would the easiest thing to do is create icons and embed the URLs?

    That’s what appears in the screenshot and all of the above plugins should have features for adding custom icons and links. I’d recommend contacting the respective support teams to confirm.
