    Hi,

    I have a question regarding the plugin settings.

    If the customer consent box is not checked, can you confirm that all customers receive a review request even if they have not given their consent?

    Hi Julian,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    If the customer doesn’t tick the consent box, they won’t receive the review reminder.

    In fact I’m talking about the display consent box in the plugin administration page.

    If on the order validation page I do not ask the visitor for authorization, do they still receive the review request after order validation?

    Hi,

    Yes, if you deactivate the option Customer Consent in the plugin settings page, the customer will receive the review reminder emails properly.
