Customer Confirmation Email

  • I hope this is rather straightforward.

    Does this plugin include functionality for the customer to receive a confirmation email once they have submitted their quote request?

    I don’t see an email template inside the plugin so would like to know if this functionality is included or whether this needs to be custom built.

    Hello,
    there’s not a confirmation email, but in the settings you can choose to send to customer a Copy Carbon of that email.
