Customer Changes their Account Information

By default when this extension is installed alongside WP Activity Log, the main plugin, it does keep a log of the changes done to the default fields in WooCommerce, such as the billing and shipping address, email etc.

However, if you would like it to keep a log of other non-default fields, you can always develop your own WordPress activity log extension. The process is really easy and well documented.

Here is a list of all the changes on WordPress websites the plugin can keep a log of. By the way, the best way to find out what the plugin can keep a log of is to install it. It is available for free.

After reviewing everything about the 2 plugins with my client (for their website) they do not want to pay for the required plugin. Therefore, I am not giving this a try at this time. However, I will keep both plugins in mind for other clients’ websites and will give it a go in the future….FYI.

However, I think there is a misunderstanding. Both WP Activity Log and the WooCommerce extension are completely free, and so is the logging. You can get the Premium edition if you need additional features such as notifications, but logging etc is all free.

WP Activity Log free is available on the WordPress plugins repository.

Oh, I misunderstood your main page on this forum about the prerequisites for this extension…. For your information here is where that started:

And, there is where I see “pricing”…And THAT is why I thought the required prerequisite plugin was a paid plugin (as that is the only place I *see* what the required 1st plugin is that I need to get).

So, to minimize my own confusion please provide a link to the required free plugin that I need to get in order to use this free extension plugin. I will review that with my client.
