    The following post was published in the WP TABLE BUILDER forum 6 days ago. Still with no answer nor refund.

    A few days ago I contacted the customer service via the form on the website which says: Priority email support is available to pro users only – and I am a PRO user.

    Unfortunately, as a pro user, I expect that priority emails will be answered with priority.

    I entered in this forum and read many negative comments about the same, slow answers given or no answers at all.

    Now, the point is: How can you expect to keep your clients if you do not offer them at least a normal and decent customer service?

    Please, provide refund thank you.

    I am really sorry that you experienced that.

    For pro users, we do provide priority email support.

    If you got no answer, most probably we didn’t get the email somehow.

    Can you please contact me at [email protected]?

    I would like to help you with any issues you are having.

    Or if you still want to proceed with the refund, I would still need you to contact me as we are not supposed to provide support for pro plugin here.

    Thank you for the answer. I am sorry but I will not use a private email for this purpose.

    I sent more than an email through your form on your website, I doubt you did not receive 4 contacts, I am sorry but I do not believe that.

    Please provide a business email and I will email you there.

    Please email at [email protected]

    That’s where our support emails come. So, I was assuming there might be an issue of your emails not coming to that address.

    Please try sending it directly to [email protected] instead of the contact page.

    I will get back to you with the refund as soon as we get the email.
