    During checkout, the customer can no longer select credit card. When they select credit card they cannot enter the details because the fields o not open. If the fields open then you cannot enter any information

    I took a look at the checkout on your site and it didn’t seem like you have the Braintree credit card gateway active. Has the gateway been working in the past and stopped working recently?

    When you say that you cannot enter any information, would it be possible for you to provide a screen recording of this? If you’d like to send a screen recording and don’t have a favorite app, I recommend Loom.

    Would you please let me know if you’ll be able to provide a screen recording or any more specific information?
